This Privacy Policy describes how Content Loop Studio (“we”, “us”) handles data collected via the marketing site at contentloop.studio and the discovery-call booking funnel.

For data handling within the paid Content Loop Studio service (Search Console / GA4 data, brand voice documents, tenant data), see the License page and the executed Master Services Agreement.

What we collect

  • Email address when you book a discovery call or contact us.
  • Calendar metadata (proposed time, time zone, optional notes) when you book a call via Cal.com.
  • Pageview analytics: aggregate traffic data (page views, referrer, country at coarse granularity). No cross-site tracking, no third-party advertising pixels.
  • Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) retained for security and operational purposes.

What we don’t collect

  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site identifiers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing intermediaries.
  • We do not require account creation to access any marketing content.

How we use it

  • Email and calendar data is used to schedule and follow up on discovery calls, and to send infrequent product updates (you can opt out anytime).
  • Analytics is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and which aren’t.
  • Server logs are used for debugging and abuse detection.

Storage and infrastructure

  • The marketing site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare’s privacy practices apply to infrastructure-level data (server logs, network analytics).
  • Calendar booking is via Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
  • Email is via standard providers (Gmail / Google Workspace). Your emails are subject to the provider’s privacy practices.

We do not host any analytics scripts beyond Cloudflare’s built-in pageview counter (which is privacy-respecting by default — no cookies, no fingerprinting). No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Mixpanel.

Cookies

The marketing site does not set first-party cookies for tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security (DDoS protection, bot detection). The booking flow may set cookies on the Cal.com domain — see their policy.

Your rights

You can:

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively. We honor all of them.

Retention

  • Email correspondence: retained until you ask us to delete it, or 7 years after our last interaction (whichever comes first), to comply with tax / record-keeping obligations.
  • Calendar metadata: retained per Cal.com’s policy.
  • Server logs: 30 days for operational purposes, then deleted.
  • Aggregate analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregate form (not linked to identifiers).

Children

The Content Loop Studio service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
