These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Content Loop Studio website at contentloop.studio and the discovery-call booking funnel (“Site”). They do not govern paid use of the Content Loop Studio service — that is governed by the executed Master Services Agreement and Order Form, summarised on the License page.

Acceptance

By accessing the Site or booking a discovery call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site exists to describe the Content Loop Studio service, publish related content, and make it easy to book a discovery call with the founder. Browsing the Site does not create any service agreement.

Booking a discovery call

A discovery call is a no-obligation conversation. We will discuss your business, your stack, and whether Content Loop Studio is a fit. There is no sales pressure and no automatic enrollment in any service. If a fit emerges, the next step is a written proposal and a signed MSA — not automatic billing.

Communications

By booking a discovery call or submitting your email through any form on the Site, you consent to receive emails from Charles Green / Content Loop Studio related to scheduling, follow-up, and product updates. We do not sell email lists. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time via the unsubscribe link or by replying.

Content on the Site

  • Marketing copy, blog posts, and documentation are © Content Loop Studio / Charles Green. You may read, share, and quote with attribution.
  • Republishing or distributing whole pages without permission is not allowed.
  • Code samples and the open-source documentation on GitHub are subject to their respective repository licenses.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use automated tools to scrape the Site at a rate that materially affects its operation.
  • Use the Site or any contact channels to send spam, phishing, or malicious payloads.
  • Misrepresent your identity when booking calls or contacting us.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data collected via the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content describing the Content Loop Studio service is descriptive and forward-looking; specific service deliverables are defined in the MSA, not on the Site.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Loop Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
