Why this is sold as a service, not a SaaS
Three reasons.
Brand voice tuning takes a person. The Writer agent gets close on its own. The last 20%, the difference between “sounds like AI” and “sounds like your team wrote it”, needs iteration with someone who understands your business. That’s what I do in the first month. It’s why month-one drafts are notably better than what you’d get from a self-serve tool.
The stack involves real choices. Hugo content directory layout, GitHub PAT scopes, Cloudflare Pages project settings, Google Search Console service accounts, AEO prompt design. These are 30-minute decisions for someone who’s done them before. They are three-day rabbit holes for someone who hasn’t. Founder-led onboarding compresses that to a week.
The output is the deliverable, not the tool. You’re not buying access to a dashboard. You’re buying a blog that ships. That’s a service contract, not a software subscription.

Common questions
What happens after the founding cohort fills?
The Founding Member tier closes when we hit 10 paying customers. New customers join at Operator pricing ($5,500/mo + $5,000 setup). The 10 founding members keep their rate for 24 months from their signup date. No clawback, no escalator.
Can I cancel?
The contract is annual, billed quarterly. You can give 30 days’ notice for non-renewal at the end of any quarter. Your data, your blog, and your repo are yours, and we hand them off cleanly. Mid-contract early termination is by mutual agreement. The contract has the boilerplate.
What if I have multiple sites?
One site per tenant in v1. If you have a primary marketing site plus a docs site plus a careers site, that’s a Scale-tier conversation. We can run them as separate tenants under one contract.
What about WordPress or Astro?
Hugo only for v1. Astro is the next target, likely Q3 2026. WordPress is on the roadmap but is a bigger build because the content model is entirely different. If you’re on either, book a call anyway. We can scope the timeline and decide whether to wait or pre-commit.
Do I bring my own LLM API keys?
No. The platform uses pooled Anthropic keys and absorbs all LLM costs in the monthly fee. You pay one number. You don’t track tokens.
Where does my data live?
Your Hugo site lives in your GitHub repo (we don’t host it). Your tenant config, brand voice, and AEO snapshots live in Cloudflare’s per-tenant Durable Object storage, isolated to your tenant ID by design, on infrastructure you’d already trust to run your Workers. Embeddings of your site go to Cloudflare Vectorize, also per-tenant filtered. Nothing crosses the boundary to another customer.
